What will you do?
We are looking for a motivated and talented Junior IT Systems Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, managing, and maintaining our clients' IT systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance and security. Additionally, you will grow in the DevOps area by helping to expand and maintain our private Cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities include:
- Administering and maintaining servers, networks, and storage systems for our clients.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting to ensure efficient operation.
- Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software.
- Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect systems and information.
- Providing technical support to users and resolving issues promptly.
- Managing and orchestrating containers using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Designing and organizing test protocols with tools like JMeter and Selenium.
- Monitoring and collecting metrics from infrastructures and applications using Grafana, Prometheus, and Kibana.
- Ensuring continuous integration and deployment using Jenkins.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
- Experience with networks and communication protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with system administration tools (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Desire to learn and develop in the field of system administration.
- Fluent English.
