CASE STUDY ID LOGISTICS
The multinational logistics operator ID Logistics is in a process of modernizing and optimizing its distribution operations in the United States after the acquisition and incorporation of the American 3PL 'Kane is Able'. Through our RAPID Diagnostic methodology, we defined with the multidisciplinary ID Logistics team a series of initiatives and an implementation roadmap to optimize their Distribution Centers,
applying practical improvements and taking into account the capabilities of the implemented WMS solution (Manhattan Associates SCALE). We supported the implementation of these initiatives by offering consulting, training, and development of extensions to the solution.
